Overview
The Andaman and Nicobar Islands, located in the east of the Indian mainland geographically, float in splendid isolation in the Bay of Bengal. These islands also boast of freedom fighting days’ historically significant landmarks viz. Cellular Jail, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Island, Viper Island and Mount Harriet. The Andaman and Nicobar Islands have been declared as two of the 218 endemic bird areas of the world. As many as 270 species and subspecies of birds have been reported to exist in these islands, 106 of them being endemic.
Itinerary
On your arrival at Port Blair, our representative will meet and assist you at the Veer Savarkar Airport.
• Board the waiting vehicles, drive to your Hotel/Resort and check in.
• First half of the day is at leisure.
• Later in the afternoon visit Cellular jail followed by light and sound show.
• The Cellular Jail, also known as 'Kala Pani' is an old colonial prison situated in Port Blair, the capital of Andaman and
Nicobar islands. Constructed by the Britishers during their colonial rule in India, the jail was used particularly to exile
Indian political prisoners. It was used to house many notable freedom fighters such as Batukeshwar Dutt, Yogendra
Shukla and Vinayak Damodar Savarkar.
• The day draws to a gentle close with the Sound and Light Show at the historic Cellular Jail which gives you a vivid
experience of its strong association with the freedom fighters and their struggle for independence.
• Return to Hotel/Resort for overnight stay.
Note:
• Cellular Jail is closed on Monday.
• Light and Sound Show at 1800 hrs or 1900 Hrs, depending on ticket availability.
• The Light and Sound Show can get cancelled if it rains with amount being non-refundable.
• For Light and Sound show, please carry photo ID proof (PAN card not accepted) or you will not be allowed entry.
• Pickup and drop for Cellular Jail and Light & Sound Show will happen from allocated parking area.
Check-out from the Hotel/Resort (early morning) and transfer to Jetty to board ferry/cruise to Havelock Island.
• Havelock, about 54 kilometres northeast of Port Blair, the Island is a hidden jewel.
• On your arrival at Havelock Jetty, you are met and assisted by our representative.
• Board the waiting vehicles and drive to the Hotel/Resort and check-in.
• Later in the evening visit Radhanagar Beach.
• Radhanagar Beach (or Beach No. 7) is the jewel in the crown of Havelock Island. Located on the western side of the
Island, it stands away from the cluster. The glorious white sand beach shot to global fame when Time magazine (in
2004) rated it as the finest in Asia. With lush tropical forest rising on a hill to one side, the draw of this white sand
beach has steadily grown in the legion of avid beach buffs. The popularity of this beach has triggered cruises from
across the Andaman Sea. A wide beach that runs over a few kilometres, Radhanagar is simply stunning. It lends itself to
a variety of activities
• Return to Hotel/Resort for overnight stay.
Note:
• Carry valid Photo id proof (PAN Card not accepted) as the same is checked before boarding ferry to Island on board.
• Packed breakfast will be served by the Port Blair Hotel due to early morning transfers to Havelock.
• Packages breakfast is very basic (bread, butter or Jam and some of the Hotel/Resorts offer can juice) and not to be
compared with the packaged breakfast served by 4 Star plus Hotel/Resort.
• Customer need to inform the hotel reception the previous night for packaged breakfast requirement for the next day
morning and the same need to be collected from the hotel reception area.
Morning after breakfast get ready to visit Elephant Beach.
• Elephant Beach is a small pristine beach, rather remotely located, it can be reached by speed boat. The beach is also an
extremely good place for Snorkeling with an easily accessible house reef, which boasts of beautiful corals and other
marine life. One can just walk straight from the beach and on to the spot where divers practice.
• Just 40 min by boat, this beach offers snorkelers calm blue shallow waters and is the perfect spot for beginner
snorkelers. The boat goes right up to the beach and it's so easy to slip on your gear and just start snorkelling (5 mins
free & additional snorkelling at extra cost). It's also a great place to just spend some time lying on the beach and
relaxing.
• Later in the afternoon return to Hotel/Resort.
• Overnight stay at Havelock Hotel/Resort.
Note:
• Elephant beach excursion is subject to weather conditions. In case it is closed, an alternate option for sightseeing will be
provided by the tour co-ordinator (Kala Pathar Beach or Light House Beach).
• The boats to Elephant Beach are managed by a boat association who need individual guest to fill a consent form (please
carry photo ID proof) after which boats are allotted based on rotation and sharing basis.
• Due to limited boats, guest may have to wait until their boat is allotted and we have no control over the waiting time.
• Please carry change of clothes, towel, cap, sunglasses, and sunscreen and wear comfort clothing for this trip.
• Snorkelling cost has to be paid directly. The rates starts from approx. Rs. 1500 per person for 15 to 20 minutes.
• Travelers will get maximum 3 Hrs to spend on this beach, in case more time is required a separate speed boat need to
be chartered and the same will cost 8,000 INR to 12,000 INR (Extra cost not included in the package).
Check-out from the Hotel/Resort and transfer to Jetty to board ferry/cruise to Neil Island.
• On your arrival at Neil Island Jetty, you are met and assisted by our representative.
• Board the waiting vehicles and drive to the Hotel/Resort and check-in.
• Later in the afternoon proceed for local sightseeing visiting Bharatpur Beach, Laxmanpur Beach and Natural Coral
Bridge.
• Bharatpur Beach is known for being one of the most spectacular beaches of Neil Island. Best for snorkelling and
swimming, you can even go on a glass-bottomed boat to catch a glimpse of the beautiful coral reefs. The best part
about this beach is the natural tropical forest that runs across the beach to make for a splendid ecosystem
• Laxmanpur Beach is located about 2 km away from Neil Jetty, this is one of the most beautiful beaches in Neil Island.
The beach is popular for its white shell sand and shallow waters. Home to beautiful corals, this beach is perfect for
snorkelling.
• Natural Coral Bridge is a rock formation along Laxmanpur Beach which has formed over the years by the seawater
dissolving the rocks at the cliffs on the beach. Owing to its sense of uniqueness, it is one of the most famous tourist
places in Neil Island for those who love to click great pics!
• Later return to the Hotel/Resort.
• Overnight stay at Port Blair Hotel/Resort.

board.
• Neil Island has 3 sightseeing points, their might be a possibility that our local team at Neil Island may split the
sightseeing in 2 days (arrival day afternoon and next day morning) to ensure good sightseeing experience.
Check-out from the Hotel/Resort and transfer to Jetty to board ferry/cruise to Port Blair.
• On your arrival at Port Blair Jetty, you are met and assisted by our representative.
• Board the waiting vehicles and drive to the Hotel/Resort and check-in.
• Later in the evening you can opt for shopping at local market, Our vehicle will pick you from the Hotel/Resort and drop
you at the local market area.
• After 2 to 3 Hrs as per your convenience our driver will pick you from the same place and drop you to the Hotel/Resort.
• Overnight stay at Port Blair Hotel/Resort.

• Vehicle for shopping will be offered on pick and drop basis only.
After Breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed to the Airport for your flight back.
